Peter Zumthor collection exhibition in Amsterdam and Osaka

Exhibition of the Peter Zumthor collection

We are proud to present the “Peter Zumthor collection,” a project initiated almost four years ago by Time & Style and architect Peter Zumthor and exhibited for the first time in Milan and Tokyo on June 6, 2022.

Peter Zumthor’s first furniture collection has met worldwide expectations, demonstrating once again the universality of his designs which remains timeless over the decades since their making.

In the commercialization of his iconic pieces, the products are created using traditional Japanese techniques and materials while investing a great deal of time and handwork. The Peter Zumthor collection exhibition, which offers a place to take a look behind the manufacturing process of each product and experience the clear and complete designs in person, will travel next to Amsterdam and Osaka.

ART IN TIME & STYLE MIDTOWN vol.21
Kazue Okada – A Certain Form

Until July 20, 2022 at Time & Style Midtown

“ART IN TIME & STYLE MIDTOWN vol. 21: A CERTAIN FORM” is an exhibition of works by Kazue Okada. Informed by pictorial concepts and working in concord with spaces, this artist discovers and shows forms that are neither “paintings” nor “sculptures” while confronting the challenges of each specific setting. A living scene with a wide sofa; a dining scene with a large, impressive wooden table; a bookshelf with an orderly, library-like array of books covering an entire wall—various made-to-order scenes, and a variety of furnishings and implements connecting one scene to another. With all these shapes, colors and impressions as creative clues, the “certain forms” captured by Okada are dropped into the exhibition venue.

What will occur within the Time & Style Midtown space and the works created by Okada through the clues this space provides? We hope you’ll come and see for yourself.  (Banana Art)
