This top floor apartment, located in the historical canal district of Amsterdam, was transformed to fulfill the resident’s wish to create an environment of “pure serenity.” The thoughtful selection of rich wood tones for the furniture harmonizes with the preserved architectural details, while the neutral color palette and canal views combine to create a calming atmosphere that contrasts with the vibrancy of the streets below.
